New COVID-19 cases on the rise in Washington

Washington state has had a recent rise in new coronavirus cases. The seven day average has increased steadily since May 22, while June 5 brought the most new COVID-19 cases in a single day since May 6. With Governor Inslee's decree that a county must be below 25 new cases per 100,000 residents, this could mean many counties could have an even longer delay in transitioning to Phase II.
